Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis，美国多白金R&B/Pop写歌和唱片制作双人组，由James Samuel "Jimmy Jam" Harris III（1959年6月6日生于美国明尼苏达州明尼阿波利斯）和Terry Steven Lewis（1956年11月24生于内布拉斯加州奥马哈）组成，自80年代起与多位艺人合作大获成功，尤其是Janet Jackson。他们共获得5次格莱美奖，是被提名格莱美非古典类年度制作人次数最多的制作人，达11次。 两人高中时在因同参加Upward Bound Program（向上提升计划，美国教育部一项帮助贫困学生进入大学的项目）在明尼阿波利斯相识，两人同加入乐队Flyte Tyme，Jam在其中担任键盘手，Lewis在其中担任贝斯手。1981年，乐队由音乐人Prince选择两位新成员加入，演变为The Time，跟随Prince巡演。1982年，两人被引荐给SOLAR Records的音乐总监Dina R. Andrews，跟随唱片制作人Leon Sylvers III学习，后被Andrews推荐给音乐总监Clarence Avant，为the S.O.S. Band制作，献出两人的第一份作品。1983年，两人去给The S.O.S. Band制作，因一场暴风雪未能赶回巡演，被Prince解雇。两人重新启用Flyte Tyme作为厂牌，开启了制作生涯，他们为The S.O.S.
